Yes — we offer plenty of underground parking, and it’s easy to access.

Underground Parking (Recommended)

• Enter through the Gilmore entrance to access the parkade.
• Park near the “Lougheed Walk Elevator,” by the grey pillars. Take it up, and turn left on the 2nd floor — you’ll see us right away, across from Club Pilates.
• We provide 2-hour parking validation for our guests.

Street Parking

• Available along Lougheed Hwy, subject to city meter rates.
• If entering from Lougheed Hwy, look for Bigway Hotpot — we’re just a few steps around the corner toward Gilmore Ave.

Open Bays

• Open floor concept with a lively, social atmosphere.
• Located within the main lounge and bar area.
• Each bay has its own dedicated simulator space.
• Your own individual bay for you and your group — with the energy of the room around you.
• Great for casual rounds, date nights, and group fun.

Integrated with our bar and lounge — ideal for guests who enjoy a vibrant, social experience.

Private Bays

• Fully enclosed private room.
• Ideal for business meetings, celebrations, or added privacy.
• Includes a dedicated TV and private speaker system.
• A more intimate, controlled environment.

Every bay, Open and Private, is powered by TrackMan iO DUO — tour-level ball tracking, advanced shot data, and immersive course play.

Open Bays

• $35 / hour · Mon–Sun, 9 AM – 1 PM
• $45 / hour · Mon–Thu & Sun, 5 PM to close
• $55 / hour · Fri & Sat, 5 PM to close

Private Bays

• $45 / hour · Mon–Sun, 9 AM – 1 PM
• $65 / hour · all other hours

All pricing is per bay, not per person.

You’re welcome to bring your own. We also offer house club rentals at a flat $20 per set. You only need:

• One right-handed set per bay (if right-handed players are present).
• One left-handed set per bay (if left-handed players are present).

No need to rent multiple sets for each player unless you’d like to.

• Ideal: 4 players, for the best pace of play.
• Maximum: no hard cap — the bar and lounge seat additional guests. We’d suggest no more than 6 in a private room.

Each bay seats 6–8, though guests are often up and waiting on their next shot. Our venue’s max capacity is 85. For larger groups, book multiple bays side by side — extra guests are welcome to hang out in the lounge & bar.

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time.
• Changes within 24 hours may be charged the full booking fee.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or changes within 24 hours.
• No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
• For full-venue buyouts and group bookings of more than 4 bays, deposit refunds are available with at least 8 days’ notice.

Private event bookings require a deposit to secure the space. Details are provided at the time of booking by our customer service representative.

For pre-booked private events, gratuity may apply and is always communicated in advance. We never add undisclosed gratuity after the event.

Absolutely. Our simulators are great for beginners and seasoned golfers alike, and staff are always happy to help with setup.

Of course. Guests are welcome to enjoy the lounge atmosphere whether or not they’re playing.

Minors are welcome before 10 PM daily. Alcohol service follows BC liquor laws.

• 1–2 players · about 1.5 hours
• 3–4 players · about 2.5 hours
