The first hour is dedicated to the fundamentals—setup, contact, ball flight, and confidence. Then the room shifts into ninety minutes of rotating TrackMan play, from course competitions and closest-to-the-pin challenges to social mini games.

Play a social 9- or 18-hole format with rotating courses, team scrambles, and individual or team leaderboard moments.

Take your best shot at a featured par three, compare distances, and chase the monthly pin-seeker title.

Do I need golf experience? +

Not at all. The first hour is a beginner-friendly clinic, and TrackMan provides clear feedback that helps make golf fundamentals easier to understand.

What is the event schedule? +

The clinic runs from 7:00–8:00 PM. From 8:00–9:30 PM, guests move into rotating course competitions, closest-to-the-pin challenges, and mini games.

Do I need to bring clubs? +

No. Clubs are provided, and you are welcome to bring your own set if you prefer.

Can I come without a full group? +

Yes. Come solo or with friends. Each bay accommodates a maximum of six guests, and smaller parties may be paired together.

Where do I park? +

Happy Gilmore Golf Lounge offers two hours of complimentary underground parking. Enter from Gilmore Avenue, turn left after entering, and park near the grey pillars. Take either the Central Plaza or Lougheed Walk elevator directly up to us.
